ReplyDeleteWe are waiting for good news after Dipawali. But it has come to our notice from some reliable sources that benefitsof promotional hierarchy will be given to those persons who have filed the case in courts. Is it correct. Please tell us.
ReplyDeleteThe concern of anonymous posting dated 2nd November 2015 is correct and is running in every employee's mind, who are suffering this anomaly. We have constituted steering committee and bestowed it to deal with this matter. It should have intervened on behalf of all employees by this time. But the steering committee kept silence. Our request is that our advocates must pray the honorable Judge for extending the benefit to non-petitioners also. Our colleagues and comrades, who are similarly placed and suffered, are in a pathetic position and unable to knock the doors of courts for justice individually. Will the government think about the expenditure of running a court case. It should not waste the golden time of honorable court in these like genuine case.

ReplyDeletesupremet cort already instruction to gorvenment for defecne MACP case for issue order for promotional grade pay but one and half month gone DOPT is not issue any letter for this purpose. it is refer that gorvenment is not take desion for gorvenment servent.
ReplyDeleteWith reference to comments posted on 2nd & 3rd Nov.'15 on benefit of promotional hierarchy, we request to Shri T.K.R. Pillai, General Secretary to please give his comments on the issue. If court judgement comes on 16th Nov.'15 in favour of employees, the benefit will be given to those employees who have filed the cases in various court or all employees who are suffering this anomaly.
ReplyDeleteIf the Supreme Court is turn down the condition of grade pay hierarchy, the judgement of the court will be applicable for all govt, employees. We should pray for favourable judgement.
ReplyDeleteSee this is what we ministerial staffs are. Jab tak apne upar na aye, hum hilthilte nahi. Juniors ko takleef haye par seniorseniors ko issue far nahi parta. Kyunki wewey 4200 mein haye. Itna important topic haye yeh. Comment dekho Sirf 6. Arre murk log dekh kar sikho. Dusre cadre wale eek ka takleef hobe par sab ate haye. Junior senior nahi dekhte.
