7th Pay Commission is like to submit its recommendations through 7th CPC Report after 6th November, 2015, i.e., after Bihar State Assembly Elections. Hence, it is my request that the strike may be preponed to October 23rd onwards.
Dont worry the strike will be postponed not only to Oct.23rd, it will be further after jan 2016. It is a regular practice, announcing it and later postpone it to some other date. Be happy.
