ReplyDeleteHonble Supreme court agar aisa delay karta haye, than how we lay man can expect justice. Paisa kam Dene ki wajah se log chor bante haye. Tab gyan aur pravachan Dene kai log pahuch jate haye.

ReplyDeleteAs per my information no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent m v mohanan Nair. By such negligency matters seem to go in favour of union govt.

Mohan sir jee yadi kuch financial support ki jarurat hai to bina der kiya help ke leay kahea hum sub ready hai lekin this type negligency se to case in favour of union govt.

ReplyDeleteSir The case is adjourned to 11.08.2015 i.e. after nearly 4 months which is not a good sign. We should not entertain such lapses on our part (respondent has failed to file counter affidavit). hence please take up the matter with the responsible persons and please do something before implementation of 7th CPC. I am very badly affected by this MACP. Please render justice. thanks

The lawyers of Mr. M.V.Mohanan Nair (Respondent) are Adv.C.K.Sasi and Adv.C.Prakash. They were given enough time. But they have not filed counter affidavit. It is not known whether the respondents of this cases including SLP(C) 22181,23333, 23335 and their respective lawyers are unknown about the facts of the case or financial obligation not fulfilled. As this is like that our steering committee, it is wise and most needed, must intervene for positive stimulation. Also. T.P (civil) No.373 and 377 are to be listed before the apex court in July. Respected convener Sir, please steer the most needed action from your side. Thanking You.
ReplyDeleteWhy the 7th cpc committees doesn't give any comments now for upgradation ldc grade pay in the 7th cpc news. I think mr. T.k.r. pillai sir is doing timepass of all ldc's in the main time. Give up him.
ReplyDeleteEven after filing different cases in various Courts, the LDC/UDCs are not getting any justice from anywhere. The leaders should meet the Prime Minister and make him convince about the situation of the LDCs/UDCs.
