Thus every second is accounted. Isn’t too harsh to deduct ½ day CL for every instance of even for 1 sec late coming after the 2nd occasion? Instead if all the late comings / early goings were accounted and rounded to nearest half day, on a monthly basis, and adjusted against the salary payable for the month, the same would be just and reasonable. Pl. take up the issue with authorities
ReplyDeletethis is harassing to govt. employee we have to fight against it if someone come always late then take action against him but if we late two minutes or left the office ten or five minutes before then cl will be deducted it is unjust
