Sir, Please post the offices where CAT judgement has been implemented as the DOPT is not issuing the order yet. If some office implemented and given to the individual then other office to be forced to impletemented the same
ReplyDeleteDoPT so far has not allowed to implement any of the judgement. And now 4 SLPs filed by the DoPT has been listed by the Supreme Court. The decision whatever it may be will be applicable to all Central Government Employees
