I have requested to all the Unions/ Confederation/ Associations through my comments to take up this matter to the appropriate level through their department with their Union/Confederation/ Associations for betterment of LDC/UDC's in the Gr. Pay Issue because they only maintain all your personnel records from joining date to retirement date. Once again I thank to Sri.Pillai Ji and team and also to the above union President, General Secretary for taking this matter to the appropriate level. After this I also request to other Union/Confederation/Associations to take up this issue with their department for betterment of LDC/UDC's
I am congratulating MES Admin. ministerial staff association in this matter. And also the L.D.C and U.D.C of newly recruited employees have to contribute 10% of salary to their pension account.After that just getting 13000 or 14000 thousand maximum.This is the situation in central government. It is really an anomaly case and all have to fight against it. Once again thanking to MES association and pilli sir and the necessity of d involvement of other union, confederation and association in this matter.
LDC & UDC in all ministries have started their voice for the legitimate demands of LDC/UDC cadre of subordinate offices in GOI . Our fight should be endless till achievement. Kindly motivate all the comrades to join in this movement for our grand success.

Till 6th Pay Commission ,also ,we LDC/UDCs have not got justice in the Pay Slabs or in GP , But ,till now even if the 7th Pay Commission has also been constituted .But the Financial benefit goes only to the Group A and Group B staff only.Hence ,this Upgraduation of GP of LDC/UDCs should be taken now itself,before implementing the new Pay Scales/GP in the 7th Pay Commission .And the change in the GP of the LDC/UDCs should be done wef.1.1.2006.All LDC/UDCs CROSS your fingers and be ready for good news. if e-c not taking componasation appointment, rgarding gr of ministry 5% are percentage of taking componsation appointment , i m asking you if there is 5% why did you taking application from every death mes employes sons or daughters. all records in ur hands, graduaty, pf, servicebooks,etc. why would u take applications if u know the applicant is not in range of appointment , the points of applicant below 60 he will not able to get job against cmpansssionate.tell applicant immediatly u will not qualified for job , why did that board meeting and marks systems u have keeps, applicant have hope and so he applied and wait for your replay to years and years still he get last baord hearing and last baord hearing is that your file is closed. so why make u applicant so long suffering give them quick result in one year or close the that compansation appointment systems. my file is pending from 6 years i, my all origional documents in ur hand, and now my age is 30 i cant apply now outside any govt job , i have wait for 6 years mes jobs, still waiting i m but no response from you. my name is SAGAR VASANT RAUT my father was working for NASHIK ROAD GE AGE\EM,MY FATHERS NAME LATE SHRI VASANT SAHADU RAUT MES-120907 VALVEMEN
